This cabin is brand new construction, built in 2015, and is 600 sq. ft. on the main level, with a full basement and egress window. The inside is unfinished, but does have kitchen cabinets, and all new windows and doors. The property is 10 beautiful acres down a seasonal road, with hundreds of acres of National Forest directly across the road. Perfect for hunting or vacationing. There are lots of grouse, deer eating from the ancient apple orchard on the land, and at least one good sized black bear. There is a well right next to the house for water, and a storage shed. Also we had a phone line installed, in case of reception issues with cell phones. There are apple trees, pine trees, and many beautiful hardwoods on the property.
