My wife and I have owned this 120 acres since my Dad passed away 35 years ago. He got it from his father who bought it in 1915. It is special land in that it only has adjoining private land on the road side with easement thru. The other three sides adjoin state forest that because of swamps, are not accessable to anyone else. Probably the most secure land in the state. No power available. It has a cabin and several outbuildings, outhouse, sauna, screen house, bunkhouse, decks excetra. It has two large ponds and a creek running thru the middle, with a solid bridge. Ther is about 30,000 red pine and white spruce 80’ high , as well has some maple, aspen woods, and a lot red oak.
