Thought I’d post an update on our tiny 10x16 cabin. Thanks to those here that provided input on the electrical setup. I will do the trim work to finish up the interior sometime this fall. Interior

and a few more…
Clearing out the underbrush was the worst part. Took about 2 years to get it cleared out and plant grass and hope it grew with no watering. The before clearing picture was taken right where the foot bridge picture was taken. All clearing work was done by hand with shovel, axe and chainsaw. Front yard

Nice Job! I sympathize with your clearing work, we've done several projects requiring hand work to clean out thick undergrowth, etc. And having been to Kansas, it looks like you have a lovely little cool grove to relax in. Btw, what is the levergun?

Thanks! Finally got around to staining/sealing the front porch. Looks much more complete now to me.

Certainly been fun having family and friends out for cookouts and stuff. Latest is improvement was taking a pickup load of limestone a neighbor in town wanted discarded and using it to cover up the North and South ends of the cabin that were open to larger critters getting underneath.
