At my cabin, I often have guests who stay in my sleepr cabin and it can be grand central station in the bathroom in my main cabin. I did a lot of research on a Humanure Outhouse, set up th composting system and got the 6' x 8' shed. I put in an extra window (free), added a stoop and an outdoor shelf under the awning, painted everything inside white and the floor a bright blue (all leftover paint), and got matching black hardware for the plywood shelves and doors (from Reuse) and a rug from Salvation Army. Candles from dollar store and bowl from a garage sale. Outhouse interior

Thanks. It was fun. Everything that made it nice was pretty much free: leftover paint, recycled hardware, garage sale this and that.

Well done and the candles add that Je ne ces't quois. A battery powered "warm" LED light might be good, in case someone's in a hurry... LOL
