whats ya'lls thoughts... We can build this under $5000....16x20 just the shell, roof and porch. they want close to $20,000 as pictured....

Home depo sells them built on site...there 20,000 grand if you let them build, you can do yourself for about 5000 I will post more pics soon 4 ya

Home depot sylacaga al....sittun in there parking lot..I think its a store driven thing, each store around here has different models. I will try 2 find out more

Thanks... And yea I have noticed that with Home Depot... Wish they had all models listed at least online... Been looking at different storage sheds to convert to off grid living, but really like that kit...

I have a material list if u want......16' centers , osb. Pier foundation, comes in at $4350....box store price lumber

Jessafidle If you can get me a materials list be great... Some plan ideas and more pics be supper... Really like the looks of it... Been looking at using a storage shed converted to cabin... But this one looks a lot better...

Well the 12x16 turned into 16x24 here's the progress piers r bout 4ft in ground Painted sub with barn paint just for extra protection...sub done walls soon. Bout $1500 so far in lumber and foundation work IMG_2014010534201.JP.jpg
