This is now the third one I've built like this this year. It's just little. Inside is only 12' x 18' then a six foot covered porch, lft on each end. It's on 6x8 treated skids, leveled with cement block. Menards windows and a steel roof. Trego WI.

 Nice.

How big can you build these?

Do you build all over or just local to you?

I got ten thousand for it. Yes, I can build up to 16' x 30' on treated skids, then I need frost posts, unless the ground has bedrock close to the surface. It took four days with my daughter to help. It's hard to build too far away. This one was 75 miles from Duluth and the fuel money adds up. I should keep it under 100 from home.

Thanks for the attention and compliments. I could use the business.
Troll I've built them all over your county. Same as Iron River Right?

 All from scratch.
Troll, I build in Douglas Co. what part of the build is a problem? I think I've built at least a hundred building there over the last forty years. It's my back yard. Some of the housing codes kick in if your going to have running water. I've never had a problem in any county with a bunk house, deer shack screen house or sauna. Our country is littered with them.
I have to show you this picture.
