Active ingredient is ammonium bifluoride. Pretty nasty stuff so wear appropriate protective equipment and educate yourself in what it is before using.
Ammonium bifluoride is a chemical we use at my work in small quantities to etch glass and promote adhesion of resins to glass. It is also a chemical we are actively looking to replace due to the hazards.
This is certainly not stuff I would like to see dumped in septic or even sewers so I would be curious to see how they expect people to do proper disposal. We pay quite a bit at work to get rid of a five gallon bucket of moist pads that contain it.
