Here’s just one of a few of my finds:
My kid’s school put a bunch of old tables in a dumpster. I noticed that they were all doubled 3/4 plywood tops under the laminate. Asked if I could take them and pulled as many as i could out. Used them up in an old shed at the lake.

Must be old propane appliance giveaway week. My neighbor at the cabin gave me 3 old patio heaters. Two are the regular tall cheapos but this one is interesting, I am going to try and get it working.
Then, got back to the city house and my neighbor there offers me this propane fire pit thingy, says it needs a new hose. Looks like it might be a nice addition to the deck. 20220325_080903.jpg

I filled all my tanks before winter, I think it was about 4 bucks. About to be on for a rude awakening I fear. Exchange tanks were 20.

I went to the local brush dump and there was a big pile of used landscape timbers. Grabbed a bunch of them just because they were free. I stacked them up. Then figure I would stack them creatively. Ended up making a fence row. IMG_20221015_1512513.jpg

Stopped at a yard sale today. Got a Wagner Paint crew sprayer. It's got a 2 gallon reservoir, 35 foot hose and was used 3 times. Plugged it in and ran some water through it. Seemed to work fine. Got it for $10 bucks. Looked it up on Amazon. $224 bucks. IMG_20221022_1628140.jpg

You're on a roll! Those front tillers are hard work. Paint sprayer is the score. My pal just got a quote to paint his two story house, $26K!

Was talking with my daughter today. She just bought a house last year. It has a backyard pool and deck and wanted to get rid of a shed with a bunch of old tools on it/in it. She says it's a bit of an eye sore and wants to get rid of it to have space for a swing set. So I am going to get the shed and tools for nothing as long as I move it. My wife was telling me last week she wanted a little garden shed.....Bingo. I am more excited about getting those "Old Tools" than the shed really. Lol IMG_20230224_163823..jpg

Great deal on the tiller and gas can!!!
Careful on gas cans in the future though. People are increasingly switching over to electric lawnmowers so I expect the plastic gas cans will soon be flooding the market.

I converted a set of wood bifold doors into shelving. Nothing special really. It's only going to be used for storage. But in hindsight, I probably could have made it into a shallow entertainment center, if I put some glass across the shelves to compensate for the panels, and sized the shelf space as needed.
