A new culvert to send drainage under, rather than over the road.

More than a little bit of dirt work there Fortunately my entry from the town road doesn't need a culvert and though winding it has no danger of washouts. My improvement to it in the past 4yrs has been $2000 of base rock and gravel and done with my JD1025r. So for about $13k I built my 300' drive. What a deal!

If I actually owned the access road into my place I'd be doing the same. Very nice, I'm sure that will solve a lot of your issues.
