Just read on another forum that it is going under, the summer edition will be the last.
I subscribed years ago but got away from magazines some years ago. Last time I looked at one on a rack I was shocked by the price. Even at that I guess the publishing costs have become too much and the founder Charlie Ritchie, who did most of the work, is probably ready for a well deserved retirement.
There was lots of good content for folks fond of living on the fringe, and deeper, of civilization.
