Here's something you can try unless you hate bacon. Bacon wrapped tater tots with bourbon brown sugar seasoning. Grill them on foil or on your Blackstone flat top. Then when they are cooked how you like them, drizzle syrup on them. Yummo

Yer killin me..
Had a dream couple nights ago. I was eating a hot roast beef sandwich on a roll with deli mustard. Woke me up, couldn't go back to sleep.
But that sounds just as good.

Here's another. Me and the g kids took some of those string cheese sticks then flattened out some hamburger, then rolled the cheese up in the hamburger. Made our own cheeseburger logs like the ones on the roller grill at the kwik e mart. Had to be gentle grilling them up so they didn't fall apart, but came out pretty good!

Thaw them just enough to poke a toothpick through without breaking the tot. Then I freeze them after the wrap till it's time to cook them.

You da man. Next time I do them, I might try them on my fake Blackstone griddle. It worked fine in the aluminum pan, but it might be easier to flip them on a griddle.

Test run. Some adjustments to make but scarfed them all, even the test mule at bottom. Wife liked them too and Buddy, well he’d eat them raw.
