I use Photobucket. Download the app, use it to upload photos to your Photobucket account, then link to them in your posts. Free and easy.

tapatalk has a list of specific forum systems it supports. This one is not on the list. Besides, they aren't doing it for free - there is always a catch...

The only way via the iPhone I would know is downloading it to your computer then loading the pics. But that really doesn't help.
