WE would have to pay off our bills and heading into retirement -this is the only thing that keeps us from it.That and no wood stove.

yes i would, i would just need to insulate the place so i wouldn't freeze my dingleberries off.

Funny you should mention that. I moved into mine prior to insulation and when the wind blew it was quite cold ar times. Insulating the walls abd floor made a world of difference for sure. I now have 9 months here and am glad I made the move.
