Nice Build! Good riddance to the trailer.
My wife and i initially thought about setting up a trailer. We built cabins instead. We have no regrets. Better insulated and no mice.

The spray foam on(in) the floor was the DIY kit from home depot...2 tanks and hose etc...it was over 800$ but it covered my 12X24 floor with a bit to spare, about 6-8 inches thick.
You need the right temp range to apply, so the weather has to cooperate, which it did in my case.
The stuff is toxic so you need the right gear...(mask, suit, gloves etc.)
Read the instructions carefully. Luckily my guy had done it before and knew what he was doing.
The spray foam on the ceiling was a pro job...big truck comes in to apply it...big bucks though, like 3 grand for my ceiling and he did a bunch where the 2 buildings join.

I assume you used the closed cell stuff? I know it has to be warm out to use it, which makes sense. I know I need to do the underside of my floor and the roof because it is metal. Was it pretty user friendly to apply it once going?

When I did my metal building the insulation contractor recommended using open cell on the roof so if there was a leak is would come through and not hold water against the tin.

I need to spray foam the floor on my cabins. It's dam cold on the feet in winter at the moment.
