I am back, lol. After a fast start I appear to have lost my mojo  . Last year was kind of a mess but went well overall. I managed to decide on the porch ceiling and just went with a tongue and groove pine with a dark ebony poly finish. Basically I just wiped it on with a rag then off with another. It took me a bit to figure out how long to let it sit. I just need to put a few trim boards up to cover up the transitions where the different angles meet and install the can lights. I am still working on the wiring and have to finish up the plumbing vent work were the kitchen sink and dishwasher will eventually go as well as the downstairs bathroom. I am also debating if I want to run the associated plumbing/etc for a ductless air condition system for the 3 bedrooms and living room/kitchen area as now would be the time to do it. I can't afford the whole system but if the lines etc. were run i could just tap into them when I had the funds. I will try to post a few updated pictures in the near future.
