Err it varies.
Chronological age 52....
Physically today feeling like 82. (We were out at the shed snowshoeing through waist deep snow yesterday.)
Mentally ranges from an intellectually challenged 12 year old (when I am around bright enthusiastic grad students) to a wise old "blank" (fill with appropriate word.. I prefer sage!LOL) when I am around bright enthusiastic grad students when they only have book learnin' and lack experience.)
