I ended up putting up the louvres in every bay. It's venting splendidly.
Got the rest of the luan up, now I'm ready for some trim.

Super high tech way to check the vents. On a calm but sunny day a body can light a ceegar, puff it till its smoking and hold it under the soffit vents. If there is a clear vent path you should be able to see it suck the smoke in.

About a month ago, on a bit of a whim, we used an auger to bore down and found water. So we put down a well point and have water about 15 feet down.

I put up a temp shelter for the well pump. It's so awesome to have running water and done so fairly cheaply.
Back in the shed, we put up a wall mounted folding ikea desk for a table, it looks nice and folds out of the way.

more trim work done. Big thanks to my former coworker that let me borrow a table saw and a nicer miter saw than my own.

This summer in MI, we've had multiple 90+ days meaning hot AND humid. I did some research and found this portable A/C unit with dual hoses that works much better than a single hose unit.

I've been excavating out in front of the shed so I can build another foundation similar to what's under the shed, to support a platform deck.

Finally, a nice scene that I came across pulling in one day:

Quoting: mikesova If I'm doing an overnighter out there, I'll stay in the cargo trailer. ;) it's a camper conversion. The shed is still just a shed at this point.
Ah man, quit being a stick in the mud.
