Hey Paul. Are your rechargeable bug zappers still working?
All of mine are still. I guess I've had them a few years now.
I got mine out, charged them up, and they zapped all nite!

I also got another rechargeable emergency radio with the solar, crank charger, phone charger, flashlight/ reading lite etc.
I have a kaito that has been working great for years.
I was gonna replace my outside radio with a digital kaito.
But I ran across this one for about $20 bucks.
I've had it for 4 or 5 weeks I believe. I use it everyday, and have only charged it one time.

Funny you mention it, was just scrounging for mine, that time of year. For the house though, cabin does pretty well. And wouldn't you know, the only two Ive found so far are here at the cabin. Both Harbor Freighters. The stationary usb one does zap, evidenced by the half dozen stuck to it. The tennis racket model works if you manage to get one on the swat. I could swear I had a more pro model.

One of our most appreciated gadgets, we have a well but the only running water inside is the hot shower using an instant hot water heater plumbed in via 12v rv pump and a tank. For hand washing this guy is brilliant and works like a champ. 1 tank of water a week, reminds me of the sinks you might find at the festivals near a row of Porta potties. I forgot what we paid, maybe around $70 for it bit very nice.

Those are pretty cool. My kids are thinking about putting one down at their camp.
Keep everyone from running in and out of the camper.

For washstand water supply we've used (recycled) the big laundry soap jugs with the push button spout. Set it on the stand with the wash basin and the soap and if you have a towel you're good to go.

I got this for Father's Day. My son in law says I am a hard person to buy a gift for....so he got me this. I already have a weed burner torch, but this is way cool.
It's like a Storm Trooper flame thrower. You can't see in the pics, but it has colored led lights that zip back and forth on the
front grip.
The box says it's for lighting bbq grills, campfires and searing meat. Lol

Anyone still using an Amazon Kindle? We've had two by our cabin bed for years. Wife mainly streams TV when not using the big flat screen, I listen to radio or occasional news or ball game. But they are over 5 years old now and looks like batteries are dying. I see they still sell them new for about 100 bucks.

She has an Ipad and me a laptop but both really too big to replace the Kindles. And iphones too small and must be carried around.

Yesterday cleaning the truck i couldn't find my emergency jump start Li pack. Use it when the lights or key left on. I carry jumpers but finding someone willing or with an accessible car battery anymore can be hard.

So I bought a new one, only to find the other. Thats ok, got other cars to mess up. Cheap insurance

I need to get another one so its one in each car rather than tossing it in (or Not) the car we are using for the trip......
We have old cig-plug compressors in each, jumper cables and tow strap.

Yeah I hear ya. When I couldn't find my old one I thought for sure it was back at the house in the Blazer. Until it turned up under a hat behind the seat here. New one arrived today, on the charger..

This one is a step up, has USB charger, flashlight. Only 30 bucks on Amazon.

New front door knob for the cabin today. The mechanism on the old one was badly worn, had to twist, push and pray to open.

I ended up getting one of the small jump packs after you posted. Not the exact one you bought. But for $30 bucks I thought I would give it a try. Glad I did. Works great. Thanks for posting it Paul.
